Introduction

image 2.pngAccording to a saying, “Life is a bridge between two shores, and the man who builds a house on the bridge is a fool.” Still, how good it is to have such a little cottage. It’s worth doing your best to make the cottage comfortable, to feel good in it, and to get on well with your neighbors. I will try to help with this.

I am a clinical and mental health psychologist. During my career, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families as well. I provided help in family support services helping people living with disabilities as well as with their relatives, their caregivers, and nursing home staff members. I have been training medical students since 1999. I taught at the Roosevelt Academy in the Netherlands, the University of Malta, the University of Turku in Finland, and the University of Debrecen. Since 2012, I have been teaching at Semmelweis University where I currently work as an associate professor. I received the title of Doctor Scientiae Musicae (Doctor of Music Sciences) in 2003 in Hamburg with my thesis on music therapy. In 2012, the KOLLÁR method (learning and teaching support program) developed by me became an accredited program in teacher training
